Job Summary
Opera Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, preparing proposals, and helping expand the company’s business opportunities in local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, freelancing platforms, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with the development and marketing teams
- Follow up with clients and maintain sales pipelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend meetings and presentations with clients when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email communication
- Knowledge of software services and digital solutions is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
